Chetak TitanSeal is a styrene butadiene polymer based latex developed to form matrix cement. Chetak TitanSeal is supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency and in mortars. Chetak TitanSeal is specially used for repair of spalled concrete and waterproofing of bathrooms, toilet areas as it bonds strongly with old and new concrete. Chetak TitanSeal is based on modified styrene butadiene latex used for high performance applications in waterproofing and repairs. The concrete must be clean and all oil, dirt, debris, paint, curing compounds, sealers and unsound concrete must be removed.

Directions for Use
- Water proofing: Repair of floors, columns, beams, chhajjas, slabs & waterproofing of toilets, bathrooms & terraces.
- Bonding coat: For bonding of old and new concrete and mortar & repair of cracks.
- Concrete Repair: Repairing floors, spalled concrete & pre-cast slabs.
DOSAGE:
- For Waterproofing Coating: Mix proportion by volume 1:1.5 (Chetak TitanSeal: Cement)
- For mortar modifier: 15% of Chetak TitanSeal by weight of cement.
COVERAGE:
- Waterproofing Coat: 2 sq. meters per kg in two coats depending upon the condition of surface.
- Mortar Modifier: 7 kg of Chetak TitanSeal per 50 kg of cement.
Safety and Health
- Do not use a solvent based curing compound on latex modified mortars.
- Do not use material at temperatures below 7O Protect from freezing.
- No heavy traffic until the product has cured.
- Not designed for use on its own as a bonding agent. SBR latex must be used in a slurry with port land cement.
- Use of this product in conjunction with air entrained cement/concrete or with other admixtures may significantly increase total entrained air content. Testing is strongly advised.
- Do not use a solvent based curing compound on latex modified mortars.
- Clean tools and equipment with water before the material hardens.
