Whiting Powder helps to set up the putty and also cleans up excess cement. It is also called as chalk powder as it is microfine. Whiting Powder is used as a filler pigment to increase the coverage of paints, coating and whitewash.
Uses include industrial usage in rubber, paints and plastic industry and to shine various metals. The Whiting Powder is a very fine white powder slightly abrasive composed mostly of calcium carbonate.
Directions for use
- Clean the surface(walls) by sand paper.
- Apply interior primer, mix 1lt of enamel(oil paint) with 20kg of whiting bag. Apply the paste with putty blade on the surface and then again apply one coat primer after it gets dry, later on sand it with sand paper again of higher grit for more finishing.
Surface Preparation
Take oil paint to mix Whiting, then apply to clean wall.
